Cocoonr offers this charming 130 m² house for rent in the heart of Royan, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a pretty 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 80 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 70 m² living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (first flambé offered) and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen and dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a work area.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Shower room with WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An enclosed garden of 80 m² to the rear of the house, facing south-west.
- A south-west-facing terrace with an electric awning, a summer kitchen and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A small garden of 50 m² to the front of the house, with morning sun.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Royan, in very pleasant surroundings, close to the beaches that have been awarded the Blue Flag for 4 years. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market are within walking distance.
