ROSE Vacances offers you this pleasant family home with heated swimming pool, ideal for a family stay, located in a calm environment.

Capacity: up to 5 people.



Accommodation comprising:



• Friendly and bright living room with sofa, TV, WiFi, board games, books and dining area

• Equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster

• Separate toilet

• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower



On the floor:



• 1 bedroom with double bed

• 1 bathroom with double sink and toilet

• 1 bedroom with 1 single bed

• 1 master suite with double bed, large dressing room and private ensuite with shower and double sink

• Enclosed garden with salt-heated swimming pool (accessible from 1st July to 31st August)

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
