Hosting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this 3-level vacation rental comes complete with fire pit, propane gas grill, and views of the lake from every room. Enjoy quiet mornings on the covered porch, sip your favorite beverage on lawn chairs watching the sunset, or cozy up next to the living room’s picture windows with your favorite book! With hiking, skiing, and swimming just minutes away, this gem is the perfect all-season retreat.

THE SPACE

Enjoying the Indoors: Roku TV in living room, lower level and 1 in master bedroom. Also featuring fast WIFI - 77 Mbps, stream 4K videos & join video calls on multiple devices, , electric fireplace, karaoke machine, plenty of games. Our large dining room table seats 10, sectional sofa seats 5, hardwood floors, picture windows with expansive views of the lake and lots of natural light

Enjoying the Outdoors: partially screened porch w/ bistro table & cushioned seating, propane gas grill, private yard w/ fire pit, lawn chairs, two kayaks and plenty of wildlife watching. Small fenced in yard for dogs. A large Hot Tub will round out your enjoyment on those chilly fall nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, pots/pans, hand mixer, Air Fryer, blender, microwave, 4 slice toaster, plates and silverware

In-unit laundry machines, forced air heating system, central A/C, , starter pack of paper towels & toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, garbage bags. Guests must supply more for their stay.

Things you need to know: Entry from parking no stairs. Two bedrooms main level with bath. All linens included (sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths). The backyard is grassy and not steep but once down by the waters edge there is a staircase to get down to the water.

We have parking for 4. Two spaces off street and two out front. If you have a boat trailer, that will count toward one space.

- NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns. Day Guests
- Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 30 years old to book - 75% of guests need to be over 30 of unrelated groups. The rest must be over 25.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Sheets with mattress covers & quilts/blankets will be provided for each bed, however extra bed linens will not be provided. Bathroom towels and kitchen hand towels are included as are bath mats.

NOTE: Large "U" shaped 50' x 20' Docks are in the water as early as April and stay in till late October. Be sure to check availability if you plan on renting in April or October.

LAKE INFO
Swimming/Floating Welcome
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.


GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by keypad on the front door. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: One closet in master bedroom.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

WHO WE ARE
This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

Charming waterfront
Nice lake view. House a little smaller than expected due to wide angle photos used in listing, recommend evaluating listing and room propositions carefully. For our group of five, worked just fine. Enjoyed the beautiful living room with big picture window overlooking lack. Also enjoyed the TV and u shaped couch for family movie nights. Kitchen well equipped for home cooking all meals. Decor is very cottage style charming. Appreciated the little makeshift closet /office in the basement where I was able to work remotely and take calls several hours a day. Property manager was very responsive to us by text, for example, due to heavy rain, the dock entrance was submerged and she had it pulled in for us so we could fish from the dock. A couple things to be aware of: Property is immediately adjacent on two sides to Boat Shop business/ marina. Home property facing lake is to right of house as Boat Shop owns a piece right below house for docking boats. Steps down to beach/ doc area are a little dicey for guests who may need handrails, so grandparents did not spend as much time on the dock as hoped. Overall a nice long weekend escape good for the soul.

Boat Shop Road
The house was perfect for a family of 5 and their dog. The dock was newer and provided a good swimming area. Kayaks were a nice opportunity to access the water. The location of the house was not ideal - the renter must drive through a boatyard to access the house.
