Die große sanft geneigte beträgt 150 Meter von Wasser mit einem großen 50-Fuß-Schwimmen und Bootssteg, der drei 20+ Fuß-Boote aufnehmen kann. Eines der besten Aussicht auf den See in einer der besten Gegenden. Das Haus befindet sich innerhalb von ein paar Meilen von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, Drogen, Sportartikel und Videotheken befinden; auch der Staat Boot zu starten. Die viktorianischen Stadt Hawley, PA, ist nur eine weitere Meile mit ihm Antiquitätenläden ist, Restaurants, Geschäfte, und Live-Theater.

Das ist die gute Ende des Sees, das andere Ende ist schmal und kann eine Rundreise in den Laden, eine Stunde zu machen. (Es ist ein großer See) Das Gebiet nur voll von Sachen ist von einem Sports Fun Park und Tier Streichelzoo zu tun Ball zu malen und Golf. Triple-W Ranch mit Reiten und die Lacawac Bird Sanctuary auf der ruhigeren Seite gibt es Spaziergänge in der Natur, um nur einige zu nennen.

Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, es war 6, aber zwei, wo in einem großen Raum gemacht (die Koje-Zimmer), die 6 hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Full-Size-drin. Die anderen vier Schlafzimmer haben alle Queen-Size

Mieter entweder liefern ihre eigene Bettwäsche oder kann sie für eine zusätzliche Gebühr Vertrag. Es gibt eine sehr große 27 x 40 Lodge-Stil Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist 12 x 30 und bietet Platz für 10 bis 12. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer und 1 WCs. Das große Zimmer verfügt über einen Billardtisch, Kicker, Regulierung DARTSCHEIBE, ziehen ein Queen-Size eine doppelte Größe Futon Bett & ein Vollbad

Fun Winter Getaway

This house was perfect for a big group. We rented it for our 12 year old boys who go to summer sleep away camp together to have a weekend getaway mid year. The house was so comfortable and the boys LOVED having a big bunk room to share all together and the long kitchen table where they could all gather and eat. The moms loved gathering in the large living room with plenty of seating for all. The location was beautiful right on the lake and we enjoyed watching sunrise over the frozen lake. It was also conveniently located close to some restaurants as well as a full grocery store and not too far from skiing. The owners were so communicative and responsive. It was great renting from them.

Family New Year Celebration Beautiful

Beautiful older home in a fantastic location. The view is spectacular with easy access to the lake for most. People with mobility issues might find it a bit challenging as there are irregular sized steps. We visited over New Year but can imagine a wonderful time in the warmer months

Thanksgiving Family Holiday

Location was perfect for our family gathering. The cabin atmosphere was rustic and relaxing. The kitchen table worked nicely for our Thanksgiving meal. The extra dishwasher was a bonus. The owner supplied wood for the fireplace which was a nice touch. The family enjoyed the basement game room.

Great Family Trip

We were a family of 7 adults and 9 kids staying over. We had a great time, the house is spacious, very well maintained, enough room for a big family getaway. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a very large table, extra towels, sheets along with washer and dryer on property (very convenient). Downstairs room was fun for kids, as well as the big yard and beach/dock area. Plenty of seating inside and outside, great fishing location and the view of the lake was truly amazing! Steve and PJ are very friendly hosts. We are definitely looking forward to make this a recurring trip!

Would definitely stay here again

First, I would like to say that the owners were so gracious and so easy to contact. We had absolutely no problems, but they communicated with us, even when we didn’t have a problem. The house and view and access to the lake could not be more perfect. The size was excellent. It had plenty of space for all of the kids and the adults. The huge kitchen and table was great for dinners and cooking. I especially liked the little hideaway cubbyhole restroom under the staircase. The kitchen was excellently stocked with plates and dishes and glasses and cookware and pots and pans more than any house I’ve ever stayed in before. No complaints in those areas. The neighbors were working on remodeling their home and there was a huge dumpster sitting at the top of their property and it obstructed the view trying to get in and out of the driveway. We found that very annoying, especially when cars were coming, and we couldn’t see them. Aside from that, our stay was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Great house and back yard

The backyard was perfect. Places for sun and shade, lots of room, lots of chairs and a great view of the water from there and the house. Kitchen had everything we needed and two dishwashers! Owner communication was extremely prompt and informative. The house is very comfortable and kids loved the game room. Interior photos don’t do it justice. Read the reviews!

Beautiful getaway!

We stayed in the area for a family wedding. We had many family members stay with us. The house was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the water. The hosts were easy to contact. I would highly recommend this home and want to come back for a Poconos weekend :)

A great vacation week at Windward Lodge

We stayed from Saturday 9/2 through Sunday 9/8.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our host Steve's accomodations. The property is beautiful, with easy access to Lake Wallenpaupack. Terrific older lakefront home for boating, fishing off the dock, swimming, campfires, eating outside on the deck, playing games, watching movies together (plenty of room!) playing pool and foos ball- just so many things to do and places to spread out

Family Reunion

What a view, pictures do no justice. Large lakefront with a dock. We had 10 people and could have brought 10 more. inside was huge with a lower level game room and spacious main area. We would definitely return and recommend it to friends. Oh yeah Steve was great!

Great location, lots of fun

An excellent place to stay with a classic lodge feel. The smaller bedrooms were a welcome tradeoff for the expansive common areas and large bunk room for the kids which made fun a very fun trip!

Excellent family getaway

Lake views were magnificent. Grandchildren enjoyed discovering the back yard down to the lake. We started a small fire in outside fire pit in the afternoon and the kids make s’mores.

Family vacation

This was our second year in a row staying here. The house comfortably accommodates a large family and dogs! Kitchen is fully stocked and living area has a lot of space to relax. Outside deck has a gate so the dogs could hangout with us while enjoying the view of the lake. At times my dogs would just let themselves out on the deck and would find a nice spot to sunbathe and I didn't have to worry about them roaming off. Steve as always was very helpful and would respond right away to any questions I had. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, we enjoyed walking the dogs around. All around great vacation rental.
