New for 2025: We replaced all carpet with brand new laminate flooring, put a fresh coat of paint in all rooms, installed a private-for-you-to-use swim platform into the lake and reconfigured our private dock so it can accommodate 2 boats.

House Rules:

Primary Tenant Age: The primary tenant making the reservation must be at least 30 years old and must be physically present at the property during the stay. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Entry will be denied, and refunds will not be granted for parties not meeting this requirement.

Occupancy Limit: The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We can allow parties of up to 8 guests for an additional fee of $100 per person per night.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.
Linens and Towels: Linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Check-In: Check-in time is at 4 P.M.; Check-out time is at 11 A.M.

Non-Smoking Policy: Our property is strictly non-smoking. A $300 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including odors, ashes, burns, or cigarette remnants.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed within the rental units under any circumstances. Tenants and their visitors are prohibited from bringing pets onto the property. Any violation of this policy, including pet hair, damage, or sightings, will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. No refunds will be granted for unused nights.

Towels and Supplies: We provide one towel per guest, excluding beach towels. Additionally, each rental comes with one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel. Feel free to bring any extra supplies you may require.

Coffee Amenities: For coffee enthusiasts, we have a Keurig coffee maker available. Kindly bring your preferred K-cups to enjoy your favorite brew.

Hot Tub: We do have a private hot tub on the property overlooking the lake. There is an additional $150 hot tub fee if you choose to use it.
