The house, the location, the amenities and the host were excellent. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. We had a spectacular view of the lake with a beautiful sunrise every morning. The game room with a big comfy couch, an awesome TV and an authentic Ms Packman machine was so much fun! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed including great coffee. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Overall it was a 5 star experience! I would love to come in the summer to play on the lake and instead of skiing and snowmobiling, go sailing and jet skiing.

Beautiful home! Great stay!

We were thrilled with this rental. It was a great spot for our group who was there to support my husband as he did the Bear Lake triathlon. We were very comfortable and even played some of the games they had there. Gorgeous view of Bear Lake!!! Lots of space.

It was a really nice place, clean and great location! The only downside was the spiders & bugs. The house had them everywhere the entire stay. I think it just needs a spray treatment and it would be excellent!

Amazing beds and cute remodel!

We loved this rental. It was done up so cute with a very beach theme. Friends rented other condos in the same condo plex and they wanted to spend all their time at ours. The WiFi worked great! Has cable and Netflix! We had a movie night! It was so cold at the lake so this condo provided a really comfortable great vacation! Thanks so much!!

Spiders

The property was very clean, but we killed more than a few spiders/bugs during our stay. The unit is mountainside, so I wasn’t surprised - a few treatments would probably do the trick.

Nice clean townhome

This townhome was in a great location across the street from the marina, and up on the hill for amazing views. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to stay there. Only 2 private bedrooms, but overall worked just fine for us.

Very cute townhome!

This home was appealing to come stay at and had a gorgeous view. There was lots of room for everyone staying and plenty of towels. Check in and out was easy, the home was in a great neighborhood, and the price was a great deal for what we got. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

The condo is as described. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The location is great for accessing the marina and town - right on the hike and bike trail. We also enjoyed the resort amenities - basketball, tennis, and swimming pool. We had a great time! Beautiful condo, great views, convenient location.

Overall, we were very pleased with this condo. The location was perfectly both close to everything, and just far enough away to be private. The decor was really nice and comfy. We had all the amenities that we needed- plenty of bath linens, extra pillows and blankets, a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, coffee mugs, glasses, etc. We had great views from the balcony. Ample beds and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable and not cramped or rushed (bathrooms). The only drawbacks were that the condo really wasn't adequately cleaned for our arrival (and this was a concern when I had asked the property owner about a late checkout - She said she needed to allow her cleaning people all the time she could because she had people checking in the same day yet when we checked in, it was clearly not cleaned very well before our arrival). There was old coffee and grounds in the coffee maker. The dishwasher had not been ran before our arrival and therefore, the dishes were dirty. There was something sticky/oily on the kitchen floor that we ended up cleaning so we didn't walk in it. The double bunk downstairs really is only suitable for use on the bottom bunk. The top bunk is not stable and it felt like it might actually come tumbling down (on top of the person below). But honestly, overall, I would stay here again, and i definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay while visiting Garden City!! Amanda in Louisiana

Very nice!

It was great! We will definitely return another time to visit! Super relaxing. The ONLY complaint I have is the tub stopper didn’t work well so it was hard to give my little guy a “bath” but it was still very good!

Absolutely Perfect!

This place is amazing! Wonderful view and decorated so modern and fresh! Set up is perfect for a family as it allows the kids to have their own area and adults a great place as well. The owner left nothing undone. Everything we needed was there and then some. From the kitchen, to the bathroom and bedroom linens, laundry and even games for the kids to play. We have stayed in Garden City prior but this is by far the best and we can’t wait to return. This place was also CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN... we felt completely comfortable with everything Check in was easy and convenient and WiFi worked great, which is a BIG factor when kids are involved. Loved this place and couldn’t recommend it more!

Perfect Little Townhome

This townhome was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was perfect distance to the lake, store, and all the little restaurants. The townhome was on the end next to a dirt patch where we could park out boat and it worked out perfectly! We were bummed we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. We all definitely plan on coming back again.

Great location and space for our group

The property is very nice. It's right in Garden City which is central to everything in the Bear Lake area. There were good sleeping options for our group size, splitting the basement between two families with little kids.
