Bedroom: Master bedroom with a comfortable king bed with ample storage. The lanai offers an additional sleeping space with a comfortable bed for two. Cottage sleeps 4 guests.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for cooking up a storm or making a simple cup of tea.

Living Room/Lanai: Free Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Smart TV, and DVD player. Stream your favorite shows or movies. Washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Our home is in a Resort Community. Conveniently located 3 minutes from I-75. There is onsite parking available for one vehicle. The home is easily accessible from the driveway.





Booking and House Rules

Please read the information carefully to ensure that Sunny Landings is the perfect fit for your vacation needs. We value guests who respect our property, the natural environment, and the peaceful atmosphere of our community. Parties or events are not permitted. By booking Sunny Landings, you agree to Pond Life Vacation Rentals’ House Rules.





Important Notes:

Bring your own bottled water for consumption. A hand press water pump, accommodates 4 or 5 gallon bottles, is available on-site.

Self-catered rental; limited consumables provided: We will provide a starter supply of dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towel. Please be sure to bring additional supplies, including beach towels, for your stay. Each property is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival.

The cabin comes with bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Guests provide their own charcoal.

House Rules:

- Not pet friendly

-Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival to comply with Pond Life's Terms of Service, Homeowners' Association rules or local laws or regulations. Travel insurance is highly recommended for any stay. All House Rules must be followed throughout the duration of the stay.

- Resort Management approval is required

- Guest must be over the age of 25 to book and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period

- ID verification on booking guest



- $500 Security Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure for stays less than 28 days. $500 Security Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 30 days after departure for stays more than 28 days.



- Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties, large gatherings, events, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Fires and fireworks are not permitted. No smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the property. If any sign of smoking or vaping is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

- Bottled water is required for consumption

- Guests are expected to leave the property tidy before departing. Please wash the dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels in the shower.

- Parents should be aware of where kids are at all times and young children should be supervised at the resort

- Parents take full responsibility for their children at the resort

- Please be considerate when using cooking spices. We all love flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.

- These rentals cannot be used for business purposes

-The number of guests listed on the booking reservation is considered the maximum number of guests approved and authorized to be on the property, staying the night or visiting. A guest is any adult or child at the property. No unauthorized guests on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for booking being terminated and guests being asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be given. Guests will be charged $100 per day/night per person for guests exceeding the approved number of guests.

- If excessive wear and tear is found on property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills; trash left on site; unclean dishes; stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the booking Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.

-All properties managed by Pond Life Vacation Rentals have on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt, or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. Sunny Landings has the following devices: Security Camera System - exterior only; Sound Decibel Monitor - does not record sound; monitors noise level in common areas throughout the home.

-Any reservations 27 days or longer are subject to metered electric charges.
