The condo is walking distance to the heated pool and hot tub. Also, there is an Olympic size heated pool at the Clubhouse. Both pools have chairs, tables, umbrellas, showers, private changing rooms & bathrooms.
The Clubhouse has a workout room, library, kitchen and meeting rooms. The Community has a fishing pier, BBQ grill, car wash area, beautifully landscaped walking and bike paths sprinkled with park benches, lighted tennis courts, pickleball & shuffleboard courts, kayak entry to Palma Sola Bay and kayak storage.
The master bedroom has a new, queen size bed and a cozy seating area. The furniture is Tommy Bahama. There are twin beds in the guest room. The master bath has a walk-in shower, the guest bath has a bathtub and shower. The lanai opens to the master bedroom and also to the living and dining rooms where Florida sunsets are enjoyed from all of these rooms.
Across Manatee Avenue from Perico Bay Club is the Robinson Preserve. It is home to jumping mullet and hundreds of other species of fish and other marine life. This coastal preserve is 600+ acres. The interior of the preserve features hiking paths and running trails, kayak and canoe launches and waterways, bridges, picnic spots, bathrooms, mangrove forests and a 53-foot-tall tower with a wide-open view of the Tampa Bay area. The 120-year-old Valentine House, moved to the preserve by boat, is near the entrance to the property, and is the Robinson's information center. The main aquatic entrance to the preserve is at 9800 Manatee Ave. West, Bradenton 34209. This wonderful launch site is home to dolphins, manatees at play and more wildlife.

Our guests say they enjoy the condo being close to Sarasota, where the arts are celebrated! And the beaches of Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key with their many wonderful island water front restaurants and unique shops. Then they also enjoy returning to Perico Bay Club after a day at the beach and away from the crowds to enjoy Perico's many amenities.
