What makes Mango Groves Beach Bungalows so special is how well the historic features of the property compliment the contemporary upgrades and vibrant bright décor to deliver an inviting, colorful, and beautiful way to maximize space and provide all the modern comforts to guests of this unique home. It’s no wonder that so many who visit Mango Groves take note of the happy, positive energy it radiates.

Built in 1928, this Lake Worth Beach home has been traced all the way back to its original owner. A popular singer named Madam Nell Bunnell Roser purchased the land and constructed two buildings separated by the courtyard. This bungalow was originally a music studio that Ms. Roser used to write music and perform to locals while she resided in the front property. Much of the bungalows charming quaint character is credited to the preserved details throughout including the prominent dade pine hardwood floors, original window frames, cabinets and switches.

New upgrades were completed in February 2022, including hurricane impact windows, all brand new furnishings, fixtures and décor, a remodeled kitchen with new appliances and the transformation of the old patio into an extended living space.


THE EXPERIENCE:
Upon opening the front gate to the fully fenced property you'll walk through the side to a tucked away courtyard filled with tons of outdoor seating, shaded dining, a covered patio, bbq and firepit. Enjoy all the colors of this hidden tropical paradise with Bougainvillea, Orchids, Butterfly plants, Palms, Air plants, Dahlia and more to create the serene and relaxing outdoor space.

Climb the stairs and enter your 4 digit code on the key pad for stress-free self entry into the bungalow. The first thing you’ll notice upon entering is the goodie basket filled with sweet treats from local businesses…. Don’t worry the high speed wifi details are on a sign right in front of you.

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing while overlooking the courtyard from your private indoor patio or sit at the bar, drinking a cold beverage with friends while watching the game. The 55 inch smart 4K TV tilts and turns so you can watch all your favorite streaming apps from multiple places.

There are countless amazing restaurants just steps from the bungalow so theres no need to cook unless you choose to and in that case the kitchen comes spotless and fully stocked with all brand new appliances, cooking, baking and serving utensils.

Both bedrooms offer premium mattresses with tons of blankets and pillows. The main bedroom includes a make up vanity and touch lamps on either side of the bed with USB outlets. The second bedroom can be used as two single beds or converted to a comfortable queen. Both bedrooms include plenty of closet space with shelves and hangers. The sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep an extra two.

Luxury oversized towels are provided for every guest and if you need more, theres extra in the bathroom. Don't forget your beach towels in the bottom basket! The bathroom is fully stocked with organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup wipes, q-tips, cotton pads and a hair dryer are also provided.
