Fancy Like...Tybee is a beautifully decorated end unit with great views of the courtyard area, pool and beach. The spacious Master features an en suite with the second bedroom and bathroom being down the hall.

The hall leads into the main living area which is open with the large living, dining and kitchen areas combined with lots of seating & with the sliding doors, access to the balcony & the beautiful views. The stackable washer & dryer are tucked away behind kitchen cabinets.

**Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.

We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. Please rinse of chairs before bringing back into the unit.

You are allowed TWO parking spaces and your passes will be left in your unit prior to your arrival.

Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.


This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2023-March 2024. Book early for best dates & rates! Contact host for more info. *Any reservation over 14 days will require a mid-stay cleaning every two weeks in addition to the final clean at checkout.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO:
Please be advised, during the busy season & holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff & appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible.

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Please do not let yourself in early or check out late without prior approval or you may incur a fee. Please understand during busy times, early check-ins and late check outs aren't usually possible. You are allowed two parking spaces and two passes. This is a complex rule and we cannot issue extra passes. Your passes will be left inside your unit prior to your arrival.

Your unit is a self check-in unit and all instructions are automatically sent to you 24 hours before your arrival date/time.

We are located mid-island inside the Beachside Colony Resort and within walking distance to everything on the island for the most part! Remember, we are only 3.5 miles long, so nothing is too far. You are close to everything but in a quiet area for relaxing & enjoying the scenery.

Getting around Tybee is extremely easy because everything is close! You can walk, rent bikes or golf carts. There are several local transportation companies that provide transportation anywhere on the island for a very reasonable charge.

We provide 4 beach chairs and beach towels. Please rinse off the chairs before bringing into the unit. They are stored in the Master bedroom cabinet.
Renter must be 25 yrs. old to book & must be present during the entire reservation.

You are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex. Your parking passes will be left in your unit. There is NO option for more vehicles to park at the complex. For more parking info visit Park TYB app or City of Tybee Island website. There is paid street parking available.
