While we take all guests reviews seriously and work at their constructive feedback to improve for better guests experience, i was taken back by Stepheni's review . This is because she put in a 3 star review after these events happened: 1. Guest claimed she left a set of toys in the house. 2. I engaged my cleaners to see if these toys were left in the house; something they are pretty good at notifying me and putting in the cleaners closet 3. My cleaners didn't find these toys in the house. 4. Guest was notified and wasn't happy about it as she stated these toys have been taken by my cleaners. I have been using these cleaners for many years and still have items left over by prior guests, so I have no reason to asume that. Unfortunately, these series of events reflected in Stephani's review. We will continue to work toward giving Guest a 5 star experience during their stay.

Very dishonest guest. All hosts should beware. Guest lied to get her stay refunded, which we refused. As our goal, we work hard to give all guests a great experience. Our homes are very clean. Whitney called and complained that the house was not as seen online, and the sheet was stained on her arrival. I stopped by the property myself and noted the house was cleaned. To make her comfortable, I sent my cleaner there to change the stained sheet and refunded her the cleaning fee; though the house was cleaned. Whitney requested a one night stay refund in addition to the cleaning fee refunded. I disagreed since I was at the property and realized her complaints were not true. She started making false claims about everything being wrong with the property, including "super tall grass". We realized we cannot please all my guests. However, misrepresenting facts to get a refund of your booking/stay is not acceptable. We will continue to work hard to make all guests comfortable.
