Semi-detached house in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the midst of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to the holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated communal swimming pool (1st June 15th September, wristbands provided).

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
