Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and enjoy the front terrace complete with a calming water fountain and fireplace with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining experience.  The resort style backyard is a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa and large slide. The area also has a private tanning deck. Bask in the sun on the tanning deck, swim and relax in the pool. Enjoy a football game, first run movies at the outdoor theatre complimented with Sono's sound. The area also includes your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and outdoor pool table!   

Indoor Luxury: All HOZHO Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Wolf appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater. The main house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which include your own ensuite bath. The casita includes 2 additional bedrooms with ensuites. Enjoy our intimate workout room to help start your day.   


Bedroom 1: Master Ensuite - with a plush King bed, and an amazing master bathroom which includes a free-standing soaking tub, walk in shower with steam feature, two separate toilet rooms, and 3 vanities to get ready.
Bedroom 2: Perfect kids bunkbed room. Twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds.
Bedroom 3: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom. This library turned into a bedroom is a statement piece with indoor fireplace.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom and beautiful views on a private balcony.
Bedroom 5: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.
Bedroom 6: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.

The two-story Casita offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a Full sleeper sofa. A private kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer are available.

Bedroom 7: Bottom floor King bedroom Ensuite with a full bathroom.
Bedroom 8: Upstairs bedroom features two Full beds, access to a large balcony and full bathroom.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
