Beautiful home. Clean and family friendly !

Everything was great with the property. The return tram reservations and failure to pick us up was a nightmare. Sitting by the road in the pouring rain and no pickup for return trip home despite having made reservations properly was not cool. Thankfully the property mgr allowed us to take the golf cart and leave it on the circle. The tram office has major problems and never picked up the phone. We are veteran travelers to Bald Head and this has never happened before. Very disappointed as we missed the ferry on our scheduled time. The house was so wonderful and the communication with the property mgr was awesome.

Beautiful, but dirty

The house was beautiful, but dirty. Our sheets were never washed as there was hair in all of the bed sheets, trash and cigarette butts in the yard, and a lot of black mold. Please be careful if you are staying here and someone has allergies to black mold. In the hall upstairs bath room the ceiling was covered in black mold as well as the closet to the full bed. Maintenance came and wiped it away, but never removed it. We have never seen so much black mold before, please careful! Otherwise, the house was beautiful and location was nice.
