This home has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Queen. The beds are outfitted with soft linens and plush pillows to help you fall asleep quickly. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs so you can watch your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed. They also boast jetted tubs for ultimate relaxation.

The King bedroom has French doors that lead out to the balcony, making it easy to start the day with a cup of coffee and fresh crisp air.

WHO CAN STAY:
-All guests must be 25+ (unless accompanied by parents)

-1 Dog only. Flat fee of $100. Must be crated if left alone in the cabin. Must be house and potty trained. Not allowed on bed and sofa
-This is a cabin community so we request no parties or unruly behavior

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
-We use a well known property management software which will send you a rental agreement upon booking. It is not spam

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
-Early check-in / Late check-out is $75 (depending on availability)
-Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50/hr

HOT TUBS
-We drain the tub and clean it after every guest
-Do not add any soaps or chemicals in the hot tub as that will damage the motor and ruin your hot tub experience
-Going into the water with SUNSCREEN on will lead to the water getting cloudy
-For guest 25yrs and older
-Do not use if pregnant
-No alcohol near the hot tub
-Water and electronics do NOT mix well. Please don't use electronics in the tub otherwise you run the risk of electrocution

FIRE PREVENTION
-NO lighting of candles or any fire inside and around the cabin besides the provided gas BBQ grill. Wood is extremely flammable. BBQ
-We have a gas grill for your use. Please make sure to turn off the gas afterwards. Please clean up after using the grill

FIREPLACE
-The fireplace is gas.
-Please do not put paper, real wood, marshmallows, etc into the fireplace.

METAL ROOF
-Because it is metal you may hear little chipmunks scurrying about or the relaxing sound of rain drops. Do not worry - nobody is trying to break in from the roof =)

WHITE NOISE MACHINES
-all rooms are equipped with these for your sleeping pleasure

WELL WATER:
-No well water here!!
-We have city utility water. No need to worry about odd tastes or discolorations after a heavy rain.

PESTS and BUGS
-We subscribe to monthly pest control but keep in mind that we are living in nature and it is possible to still see and hear critters. The most common pest in this area are likely carpenter bees and "ladybugs". We have vacuums available to suck these suckers up if needed!

SWIMMING POOL
-Open Memorial Day to Labor Day; 9am-10pm subject to change due to weather

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE
-We have one external Ring camera on the front porch pointing to the parking area. This is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved on the cloud and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.
-We do not have the time nor the interest in routinely monitoring this camera. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security. Guests should continue to use common sense safety practices such as closing and locking doors behind themselves
-There are no cameras inside the cabin, in any private areas, hot tubs, or pointing at swimming pool

REFUNDS
-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held or unauthorized pets are snuck in
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.. Please note that credit card transaction fees are non refundable
