July stay.

Amazing property, very clean, Few issues the first 3 days. Hot Tub did not work Breaker box shorted out. Pool/ Spa was suppose to heated but wasn't. Family really enjoyed the water park, Great staff on property. Would definitely return.

Lovley home/property

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this property. The home is very nice and clean. Previous review mentioned unwanted visitors so I was worried but no bugs to be found during our stay. Tons of space for our group of 13. The kids played to their hearts content in the games room and backyard pool. Couple of issues that happened during our stay with the patio door lock and one of the beds but they were remedied very quickly after bringing it to the hosts attention. Washing machine was finicky...cant change the settings or it just continues to cycle for hours and hours. The home includes use of the resorts amenities/waterpark. The kids had a blast there during our "rest" days. We did not try out the shuttle to the parks so cant comment on it. We drove to the parks everyday and it took us about 20 mins depending on traffic. I would definitely return to this property in the future.

Fatal Attraction (roaches)

The house was beautiful & to good to be true. I was excited for this vacation with my family because it was are first since Covid hit. We went all out & paid for a better location just to find out we had extra guest (cockroaches) we seen a couple reached out to the host & they sent exterminator but it only got worse. By the 3rd day it was un sanitary especially having infants. Literally the bed we slept on had dead roaches behind the head board & a massive one crawling on it! Definitely freaked me & my kids out! Packed everything & got relocated to a downgrade just to get away & try to selvage the rest of the vacation. The host seemed nice but only mentioned they paid for us to get relocated but didn’t offer any refund of any sort for lost vacation days of moving, packing & sleepless nights. Being on vacation we had a set schedule that got ruined. We had to wash everything & double check everything when packing so we wouldn’t travel home with roaches. Moving to the next location we tossed out groceries due to roaches in them. The host has not apologized or responded ever since I told her all the trouble we had & want a refund of some sort. Jeeves & VRBO all seen the pictures & videos of the cockroaches & agree she should offer something. The host seemed helpful till this issue occurred & straight ghosted me. Definitely so unprofessional. Vacation house was definitely beautiful like pictures but the roaches set up shop & give you more then you bargain for. We paid almost $6,000 for 8 days just to stay in a home with roaches for 3 days then downgraded to a home with no amenities we paid for in last home. Hoping the host can put her self in are shoes & fix the situation.
