THE LIVING AREA



The house is organised around a spacious, light-filled living area. The large bay windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, offering a harmonious living environment for everyday life.

The living room and dining room are perfect for social gatherings.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen centres around a central island, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.

Outside, the carefully landscaped garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days. It features a dining area ideal for al fresco lunches and breakfasts, and a garden lounge by a heated swimming pool* complete with sun loungers for relaxation. An outdoor shower completes this space dedicated to well-being.



THE BEDROOMS



The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, including a self-contained suite.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, share a separate bathroom and toilet.

Upstairs, the master bedroom, with a 160cm bed, offers a peaceful view of the countryside. This floor also features a dressing room, a separate shower room and toilet, as well as a study area.

The fourth bedroom is a true self-contained suite. It has its own external access, as well as its own shower room and toilet, ensuring privacy for its occupants.

Each sleeping area has been designed to offer comfort and tranquillity throughout your stay.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of Ilbarritz and Milady for a day of swimming and surfing, or the centre of Biarritz, with its lively market halls and market, perfect for strolling and discovering life on the coast.



Just a few minutes away, Bidart market brings the town to life every Saturday and Tuesday morning during the summer. Easily accessible, it offers a real taste of local life, featuring producers and specialities from the Basque Country.
