EBTC is now open, The new Pickleball court is a great addition to EBTC.
This beautiful condo is freshly updated with new sleeper sofa, chair and renovated bathroom. The condo offers everything you will need for a carefree getaway. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by stunning gulf views from every window. located on the 2nd floor, you will be amazed with a beautiful view of the ocean while listening to the waves at night. Be sure not to miss the most spectacular sunsets right from the condo, on the balcony or down on the beach.

Cook your own meals in the well equipped kitchen or grab the BBQ set and head downstairs to use one of the gas grills on site. Not up for cooking? Santini Marina Plaza is located directly across the street (not fully operational yet) with multiple restaurants to choose from. If you'd like to venture out, the island offers many delicious food options all along Estero Blvd and near Times Square. Our favorite place to eat is at Oliver's across the street and of course the best Ice Cream ever right next door.

Load and head downstairs with the provided beach chairs, towels and cooler for an afternoon on the beach. If you want to take a break from the sand you can relax by the heated pool on one of the many chaise lounges.

Along with the heated pool, Estero Beach and Tennis Club offers many amenities for our guests. There are tennis courts , new Pickle Ball and shuffle board for some fun and exercise away from the beach. The complex is situated on the south end of the island and is a short walk, drive or trolley ride to several restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, boat rentals, water sports and so much more.

If you'd like to spend some time indoors, there are games, cards and a 50" television for your enjoyment. With our high speed internet, you can enjoy Netflix and other streaming applications on the smart TV.

Once the sun goes down, enjoy a perfect night of sleep on the new king size bed. Wake up enjoy coffee or Nespresso (don’t forget to pack your capsules) and repeat!

*Estero Beach and Tennis Club consists of 3 buildings. This unit is located in the middle building (B) and is on the 2nd floor facing the Gulf.

We had a few issues but the property manager was great and resolved quickly.

The property was farther south than I would have liked and the beach area was small. Overall a nice trip.

Mid winter vacation

We have been vacationing in Estero Beach and TennisClub in Ft. Myers Beach for around 20+ years. We know the area and are always happy to return. Our unit was well appointed and met all our needs except for beach chairs. After speaking with the owner, he quickly had new chairs sent to us. I would recommend this unit to future guests.

Wonderful Time!

My wife and I being senior citizens enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Fun to walk for miles on the beach and swim in the ocean. The accommodations met our expectations and were perfect for our needs. The owner answered our questions promptly and took care of the a/c being out in a timely fashion. We liked this area of Florida as it seems less busy, traffic isn’t bad and it’s close to the Fort Meyers airport. Our hope is to stay at this property again next year. We have no qualms in recommending this property to anyone.

Fantastic condo & location

3/25-what a great time and can’t wait to return, we had a great week even with the beach construction. Estero beach is being rebuilt but you can still sit on the beach and put your feet in the gulf. The condo was completely furnished with many extras like spices, sunscreens, 2 different styles of beach chairs and pool noodles, sand pail and shovel. Beach towels just many extras. The beach rebuild project is almost done. I love walking the beach every morning. I collected so many amazing shells. The view sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and sunsets was wonderful. I loved watching the dolphins every morning and we actually enjoyed watching the bulldozers working. Some great restaurants we went to I recommend Flipper’s on Lovers Key, Coconut Jacks, Doc’s beach house, Mel’s Diner, and Pinchers. The door lock pad system worked great just keep in mind the office is closed on weekends but they leave forms and car pass info in lobby. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

Secluded spot on the beach.

Ft. Myers Beach has been affected by hurricane Ian of 16 months ago. I'd estimate that between 90 to 95% of the habitable residences are still vacant, due to rebuilding. Also meaning that there are few businesses open. It will take a while for things to become the new normal for this otherwise busy tourist area. So, even though there were not places close by to shop or eat, we experienced the wonderful beach itself with absolutely no crowding. The view from the room right on the beach (2 floors above the beach level) was wonderful. It was enjoyable watching the waves and the dolphins. The room itself was clean and an adequate size for the two of us. The very large flat screen TV was excellent. Great picture with lots of viewing options.

Nice unit at EBTC

It was a great stay even though there was still some construction around. The beeps of the trucks were only mildly annoying when on the balcony, but it was great to see so much progress taking place after hurricane Ian devastated the area. We’ve stayed in 3 different units at EBTC and all have been good. The only negative would be the bathroom. The tub needs a scrub down and/or a new tub altogether. And the dishwasher didn’t seem to want to shut off on its own. But it was a great stay on the 2nd floor. We would absolutely stay again. Oh, the mattress pad on the pullout is nice but imo not thick enough and made for an uncomfortable sleep. I felt the metal every time I’d turn. Just some feedback. Great stay overall!

Paradise Found!

From the moment you walk into the unit, you are welcomed by a beautiful view and a clean well decorated unit. We have stayed at EBTC for many years and this by far is our favorite unit. It has all the amenities you will need. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine and my husband really appreciated the large TV screen that can be seen from the dining room table, sofa, and while lying in bed (NBA Playoffs). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking. The unit had 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 beach towels, and 2 pool noodles. The balcony had a high top table and 4 chairs which we used for hours enjoying the unobstructed view of the beach!! I loved having my morning coffee while watching the dolphins from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure we had a pleasant stay. He even offered to extend our check out day as we arrived a day late due to bad weather. Don't hesitate to book this unit, you will love it. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful view

My husband and I stayed here for a week and the property is exactly as described in the listing and we enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful from the balcony. My suggestion for check in is to indicate which building the condo is in a since there are three on the property. Suggestion for check out - it would be helpful to receive a list of things to do prior to check out, we didn’t get any special instructions so we just did what we normally do in other places. The website said check out was 11 am but the caretaker was at the condo at 10:10 am to see if we had already checked out and wanted to get keys for the owners closet. I let her know that we were going by the website that said check out was at 11 am and we would be out before then, we left by 10:30. The condo has been updated with the exception of the shower in the bathroom. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo and we would stay here again.

Nice Winter Getaway!

The condo is exactly a subscribed in the ad, maybe even a little nicer. I will say some of the finishes were still not complete due to the storm and dishwasher didn’t work but they opened up almost immediately when the building opened so they have done a ton of work to get the place ready so quickly!! The location is great and I loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The unit is just a few steps from the beach and because of the storm nobody was there and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves or at least only a few people there so it was nice. The exterior grounds are under construction, so there are noises, but they really did not bother us at all. I’m sure overtime it will get cleaned up and improved but it still was a wonderful place to stay. The owner is incredibly nice and even when the neighbors and condo were giving us a hard time about our dogs, he really encouraged us to not worry and just enjoy our time. I will say if you do bring pets, please know there are lots of rules and they want vaccinations, special leashes, and such so there are definitely a lot of condo rules. It’s better to know ahead of time, so just ask for the information I think because I came so quickly after the storm they didn’t have the information disseminated to guests yet. Absolutely I recommend this place and a bonus with the owner being so kind!!!

We fell in love with the property as soon as we walked in with the view of the beach and being so close to the ocean. We have updated the property with new king size bed, dishwasher and microwave (new sleeper sofa arriving in September) for our guest's comfort. We have tried to think of all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
