Excellent North Scottsdale Condo

Loved our getaway to the Phoenix area North Scottsdale to be exact. It’s central to anything you want or need. The property is beautifully maintained, amazing amenities on the property grounds as well as near the property. We felt at home and safe staying here. We will definitely book again in the near future. Easy process for booking, communication with owner was spot on and check out. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to stay at your adorable condo!

Clean and Well-Stocked

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in March. In the past, we have used VBRO many times. This condo was on the top of the list. It had plenty of supplies, additional activities, and was very clean. The unit was very close to the pool and hot tub. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Spacious 1 bedroom - beautifully decorated

This beautifully decorated Aventura condo is just steps away from one of Aventura's 3 pools & walking distance to numerous dining venues, shopping, walking trails. We've stayed in Aventura the last 7 years, so very familiar with the property. The layout of this one bedroom condo was very open and spacious. Lauren was very responsive to questions, concerns, needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hideaway

This lovely condo is just as described and a little more! We arrived late at night after a long day of travel to find the lights glowing and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The resort like pool is just a few steps away and we spent an afternoon just soaking up the sun there. My sister joined us for our last night and said the sofa bed was great while we slept soundly in the very comfortable king bedroom. Thanks for letting us use your Scottsdale retreat…we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was as described, bed was very very comfy, all facilities were provided. I never had to contact Lauren throughout my 10 day stay because l had everything l needed. I arrived after a long flight from Australia was having easy checkin and a beautiful comfortable apartment was perfect. Highly recommend!!Darryl S Australia

Perfect place for a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay(16 days) at Lauren's Scottsdale Condo. This 1 bedroom unit was steps from the pool and a 1 minute walk from multiple places to eat and shop. The development is really well kept and the heated pools are ideal for a stay any time of year. The neighbors are nice and welcoming. Lauren even thought to stock the unit with our favorite coffee. She was very easy to reach if we had any questions. There was nothing more we could have asked for in the unit, other than maybe a clock in the bedroom.We would most definitely stay here again!

Clean, convenient and classy!

My husband and I (both recently retired) loved our stay here. Quiet condo complex with nicely landscaped grounds and a great pool and hot tub. Lauren’s unit was very recently remodeled and was modern and classy. Had everything we needed plus more! Great location just blocks from the 101and within walking distance to the supermarket and several restaurants. You can also walk to access the Greenbelt from the condo. There is a tennis court on-site that is striped for pickle ball—-or you can drive a few minutes east to the Cholla community courts…which are very popular! The unit was spotless, well-stocked and well-decorated. Lauren was very responsive and had a special eating spot designated for our small dog! Loved our stay here!

Disappointing

Unit quite small with so/so furnishings. No view from windows except for units across the walkway. Noisy walking in unit above. Unit was clean. Hot water very, very slow to arrive at the faucets---a real waste of water from the Colorado River, especially if all the other units of this complex had a similar hot water delivery issue.

The size of the condo and all photos of the furnishings are clearly provided in the listing prior to booking, so guests can make an informed decision. Additionally, we strive to maintain transparency about the condo’s layout and amenities. I understand that you left due to a medical emergency, and I genuinely hope you are doing better. Given the circumstances, I feel that the review may be reflecting some frustration with the adjustments to your schedule rather than the actual experience during your stay. As you know, we worked to accommodate you by adjusting your original booking, which left us with open dates during a peak season that is otherwise fully booked through May 2025. We regret that you were dissatisfied, but we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as we always encourage guests to communicate with us directly if there are any issues so that we can address them in real time. Regarding the hot water, we will certainly check into the issue you mentioned and ensure everything is working as it should.
