Renovated by an architect, this loft, located on the 8th floor, is fully equipped and accommodates up to 2 guests. Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, it offers a comfortable and stylish retreat.

Bright and spacious, the living area is filled with natural light. The space features a sofa and a table, perfect for meals or remote work. A ceiling fan adds extra comfort.

The bedroom, open to the living space, offers a queen-size bed and air conditioning for restful nights.

Fully equipped open kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals.

A private parking space is available in another building, just a 5-minute walk from our place, where we own an additional apartment. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving by car, and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Next to the building, you will find the metro station as well as the famous Hippie Market, held every Sunday.

Check-out before 11am 🕚

Please note that there is an additional fee in the following cases:

▪️ 50 € - Check-in after midnight, on Christmas Day and New Year's Day

To avoid any additional charges, we recommend arriving before 9 pm whenever possible.
