Die Villa Bella Vista liegt direkt am Meer in der Wohnanlage von Martineau Beach Estates an der Nordküste von Vieques Island. Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet und ist erst im November 2019 wieder auf dem Vermietungsmarkt. Die geräumige Villa verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, vier Badezimmer und neun bequeme Schlafplätze. Es gibt überdachte Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, einen großen privaten Pool und einen absolut spektakulären Panoramablick auf das Meer. Ein halbprivater kleiner Strand ist zu Fuß vier Türen den Hügel hinunter erreichbar. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen, fünf Minuten vom Flughafen Vieques, fünf Minuten von Benzin und Lebensmitteln sowie zehn Minuten von den Restaurants Isabel II und Esperanza und dem großen, wunderschönen Strand von Sun Bay entfernt. Das Fisch- und Wildreservat ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt, auf Vieques ist nichts weit!

Host was available and made us welcome. The house was spacious, and plenty of bathrooms. The pool was clean. There could have been more lighting in the main area, especially by the dining table. The view was amazing.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had a 5 night stay. The house was clean and comfortable for all. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful with tips for visiting the island. Each afternoon after a day at the beach we enjoyed the outdoor patio, pool and view. This is a great place and we enjoyed our visit immensely.

Languid days, Caribbean views, close to everything

Our family and three family friends all stayed in this well laid out one level home overlooking the sea. Great layout, plenty of bathrooms. Terrific large kitchen and entertaining area inside and outdoors around the pool. Outdoor furniture great for star gazing at night.

We enjoyed the horses, which were ever-present. We had a comfortable house including comfortable beds. The pool was perfect, but we spent most of our time on the wonderful beaches on this island.

Spectacular!

The house is awesome! Really beautiful and comfortable and amazing pool and views and location. The Host and House Manager were a pleasure to communicate with. The island is beautiful and genuine and so much fun. Do the Biobay Tour! We loved Sun Bay Beach and La Chiva. Restaurants were tremendous. Loved it!

A gorgeous escape

This house is in an amazing location with outstanding views of the ocean. It is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The house manager was very helpful and accommodating and provided great tips for what to do and where to go. Vieques is an unspoiled treasure. Beaches are pristine. It's unique in that it is very rustic and you can have wonderful adventures. The people on the island are so nice and helpful. Great escape for all.

Amazing Vacation!

The house was even better in person that the pictures online. Karen, the property manager, was lovely and helpful. We had 9 people that stayed comfortably. We barely wanted to leave the house! Jorge was our favorite cab driver on the island. He took us to Red Beach, which was straight out of a postcard. Luckily, the house came stocked with a cooler and tons of beach chairs so we had everything we needed to make a day of it. It is also a really quick walk to the W Hotel, where we had a wedding to attend.

60th Celebration

This trip was amazing! Hannah was so helpful and communicative from the moment we landed in San Juan. We had a few snafus which were out of her control and when we worked them out she went out of her way to lend us a car because we arrived late. This is a great house for family and bonding and just plain relaxing. We would love to go back! We fell in love with this island in 2015 when we got married and love it even more now. Thank you Julie and Hannah .

Great space

Its such a pleasure to have so much space especially when traveling with a large group. Everyone has their own space but can all be together in the great room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and of course there is the huge outdoors, like having another living room. Julie made sure we were happy and Joeanna and Hector went out of their way helping us with everything even bringing us gas when a car ran low. The island is great for exploring especially if you are a beach person, each days beach was better than the last and every restaurant was great. We catered two nights from Aguacate catering and Glen and Alex did a great job. Esperanza is a great little town.

Perfect

The house and the location are perfect. We traveled as a group of 8…4 adults and 4 teenage boys. When we first booked, we were unsure how we would make the sleeping arrangements work, but once we arrived, we knew it would not be a problem. The layout of the house is fantastic. The common room had plenty of space for all 8 of us, and the bedrooms were plenty big for anyone that needed some privacy. The pool and pool house area was where I spent the most time…the ocean views are incredible. Being able to sip coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean was a wonderful way to start the day….and swimming under the stars at night was breathtaking. The house has everything you’d need…beach chairs, mini bar, blender, coffee maker, etc. it’s well appointed and arranged. Hannah, the property manager was AWESOME! I can’t stress this enough. She made everything easy for us. Her communication throughout was so helpful. Vieques is a cool little island and we’d definitely stay in this house again if we were to go back.

Absolutely PERFECT!

From the communication prior to our arrival with property manager Hannah, to the transportation to the property, to and from the grocery store / restaurants AND the impeccable property, our vacation was PERFECT! A slice of heaven. My group consisted of my mom, aunt and sisters. All women. We felt safe and pampered. There are plenty of bathrooms and the house is laid out in a way that gave each of us our own little personal "oasis" when needed and plenty of room to stretch out and bond when we were together. The house is equipped with so many thoughtful and useful touches, equipment and amenities. The make up face clothes placed in each bathroom were the softest face towels I've ever used in my life! I googled the brand to order some for all of us! Lol. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful. The house is very modern and solid. There's a bathroom for every bedroom. The sunsets and sunrises we saw from the pool area which DIRECTLY sits on the ocean are simply amazing. We are returning again with even more family members next time around. We've decided to make this our annual family vacation. Hannah the property manager is a living ANGEL! She made everything so easy for us. Her responsiveness, thoughtfulness, knowledge of the islands history , restaurants and grocery stores is second to none. Oh and the beds!!! Super comfortable!

The PERFECT Home in Vieques

I can’t recommend this home enough for anyone staying with a group of friends/family in Vieques. The views are stunning, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, the backyard/pool is perfect for entertaining, and the house layout is perfect for multiple guests. Each basically has their own bathroom and privacy. Great for multiple couples! The house is fully stocked with beach chairs and the private beach is a 2 minute walk down the street. Communication with staff was great and they swiftly came to fix a broken pipe without any inconvenience on our end. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Sparkling clean and so stunning. Would stay here again!
