This house is arranged over two levels and offers a cozy and bright atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find:
a large, comfortable bedroom

Upstairs, you will enjoy a beautiful living space with a cathedral ceiling:
a welcoming living room with a sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, and a TV
a dining area
a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, etc.)
You will also find:
a second large, air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hairdryer
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing setting:
a garden
a private, sunny terrace with a table and chairs
sun loungers and a parasol for your relaxation
There is also space to park your bicycles.
Your car can be easily parked in front of the property.

You have access to the entire house.

Nestled in a peaceful, green setting within the grounds of a manor house, the house enjoys a privileged location.
The center of Amboise, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is just a ten-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the town while remaining in a tranquil setting.

Amboise train station is easily accessible, in a few minutes by car or about 20 minutes on foot.

In an effort to be eco-friendly, we encourage you to adopt simple practices during your stay: limit your water consumption, turn off the lights when leaving a room, and use the heating responsibly. These small actions help protect the environment while ensuring everyone's comfort.

Please note that the house is unfortunately not accessible to people with disabilities.

Early arrivals & late departures:
For arrivals before 4 pm or departures after 10 am, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
