Includes NEW air conditioning, a king-size bed for master bedroom and king size bed for guest bedroom, 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds; 2 twins and 2 full size beds, so that as many as 8 people can relax in comfort and in style. And that’s just the beginning of the delights that await you and your group.

You can enjoy the fresh air on the decks which are furnished with numerous chairs and tables, you can spend much of your stay outdoors, relishing the sunshine, the pristine mountain breezes, the singing of hummingbirds or the hooting of owls. The house has an outdoor grill as well, so if you reel in any trout from one of the nearby lakes, you can cook as well as eat it alfresco.

The interior of Monarca Charming Cabin is just as appealing with a beautiful fireplace, and large windows with verdant views, the main floor great room encourages after-dinner games or late-night conversations. The sofas ensures that there’s room for everyone to stretch out and watch a movie on a Smart TV with cable and wifi.

The 2nd sitting room allows you to be vacationing with the kids, in comfortable couch!

The breakfast bar doubles as additional kitchen counter space. Equipped with a full array of appliances, cookware, gadgets, and tableware.

Monarca Charming Cabin location is only 5-minute drive—to Dowtown Ruidoso. There are several surrounding trails, mountain bike, or horseback… And in just 30 minutes you can drive to Ski Apache, the southernmost continually operating ski resort in the country.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be necessary to access the house during winter months. Maximum 4 vehicles.
