OUTSIDE
If you are a foodie, chef, or pitmaster, you will love the brand new beautiful outdoor kitchen. The owner spared no expense with this design which boasts top-of-the-line Coyote brand appliances including a 36" grill with Rotisserie, 36" griddle, 50,000 BTU Power burner, two additional cooking burners, and a Kamado grill/smoker, and mini refrigerator. Gorgeous high and low granite counter tops surround the space which also includes an 86" TV situated above the electric fireplace stools that surround 3 of the 4 sides for those seated at the bar.

As dusk falls, you’ll love the exterior mood lighting and blooming hillside which perfectly complements the pink California sky. Enjoy sipping a cocktail under the pool umbrella, recharge in the large 7-person hot tub, or make smores by the fire. You could also watch your favorite shows in the outdoor living room, feed the friendly koi fish, play a game of cornhole, or lounge anywhere in between.

INSIDE

The Living Room has large comfy couches that will seat your whole family. The 86" TV with the theater quality Sonos surround system is perfect for family movie night. The living room will sleep 3-4 on the couch. The living room also has space for an air mattress. Extra linens and air mattress will be provided upon request.

The Kitchen has all the appliances and extras you could ask for to comfortably cook your favorite meals with a bird’s eye view of it all.

The Master Suite offers great privacy as it is the only room located on the west wing of the house. The Master Suite is fully furnished with a king-sized bed, blackout blinds, 65-inch smart TV, fireplace, private shower and bathroom with his and her sinks. The master suite has a pool and backyard view and includes a separate private backyard entrance. Sleeps two with plenty of room.

The Blue Room includes a queen-sized bed, 42-inch Smart TV and a backyard kitchen view. The guest bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower is located right next to the blue room. Sleeps two.

The Kids Room is fully furnished with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full-sized bed on bottom. The kids’ room also has a 50-inch TV. Make no mistake, the kids’ room is suited for our “adult kids” as well. Sleeps three.

The Glam Room includes a day bed with a twin mattress and a pull-out trundle bed, also with a twin mattress. Sleeps two.

The Private Office is also available for guest use. There is a workstation set up with a printer and another workstation for laptops. Their is also space for an air mattress upon request, which will sleep two.

The Utility Room has a large top load washer and dryer. Also in the utility room is a second oven.

Extras Include coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar, bottled water, complimentary ice in chest upon arrival, linens, beach towels, air mattresses, play pen, floaties, life vests, sunscreens, pool toys, board games.
