OUTDOOR FEATURES
The stunning patio features an inground pool, a 6-person hot tub, a wood burning fireplace and another separate firepit. There is a cabana bar with 65" TV, bar stools, a sink and beverage fridge. There is a gas grill and a dining table. There is also a bathroom on the patio with an outdoor shower. A large wrap around front porch, perfect for morning coffee and a large flat yard, great for a game of football, catch or cornhole. There is also a basketball hoop in the garage.

KITCHEN: The large kitchen has a gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and 8’ center island with bar stools.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: is open to kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating, TV and a cozy fireplace.
Breakfast room: Right off the kitchen is a room with a table and chairs,. have breakfast/lunch/dinner, Play a family board game or get some office work done.

BASEMENT: The beautifully finished basement has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, dining table and chairs, and a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping.

AREA
Visit historic East Haddam’s Gillette castle or Essex’s steam train and riverboat. There are parks and hiking/biking trails. Nearby lakes and beaches. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the river with beautiful views at the historic Gelston house restaurant.

Music on the river on the lawn of the Goodspeed Opera House every Monday night starting in July from 6:30 to 8:30.

For a family fun day of ziplining and water sports visit Brownstone adventure park in nearby Portland.

There are also some great wineries, restaurants and breweries with live music. Close to area grocery store, 30 minutes to Casinos and outlet shopping.

Winter fun: Powder Ridge ski resort is just 30 minutes away. There is nearby ice skating. Enjoy the spirit of the season with Essex Steam train's Santa special North pole express with Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves. Just a few minutes away is Allegra Farm horse drawn carriage rides and Ray of light animal farm.
