Inside, the living room features a sofa bed and a smart TV. Doors open to a balcony. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table seats six.

This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the living area. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway.

Two shaded balconies provide plenty of seating. Community amenities include a heated all-season pool and a gated hot tub. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in front of the condo. Additional guest and street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Parking Notes: Assigned parking is available for 1 vehicle in front of the 212 garage door. The garage IS ALSO available for parking For an additional fee. Parking passes are located inside the home. Please return after your stay. Failure to return will result in a $25.00 fine.
