The Space
Home Away From Home offers a clean, open floor plan perfect for gathering with family and friends. Upon entering, guests will appreciate the lovely wood floors and a large open kitchen with accents of beautiful rock work. Enjoy a full kitchen to prepare favorite meals that will satisfy everyone’s hunger. Relax in the family room which offers a large flat screen television and comfortable sofa's with enough room for everyone. Guests will find this the perfect little space to enjoy a movie or play games. The kitchen opens up into the family room and includes a cooktop stove, full size refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a family meal at the bench style dining table or a snack at the breakfast bar. The onsite laundry is perfect for those planning longer stays.

With three large bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed with comfortable linens and an attached shower/tub combo. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, a twin top and full bottom. Coupled with comfortable linens guests will sleep soundly. Refresh in the additional roomy bathroom with shower/tub combo.

For an evening under the stars gather around the fire pit. Enjoy roasting hot dogs and s’mores under the twinkling lights. Guests will find plenty of seating as well as a picnic table in this cozy outdoor space.

Enjoy shopping in the downtown square of Wimberley or swimming, and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Zip Line Adventure, or Blue Hole regional Park offers swimming and nature trails.
