A single-story, accessible & harmonious retreat, suitable for 4 people, accessible with reduced mobility!
Designed with particular attention to the needs of our disabled daughter Adèle, the Refuge du Vallon is a spacious, single-story, accessible (85% of accessibility criteria met) home offering:
- a spacious and adapted bedroom with easy access ;
- an adapted bathroom with equipment and a low shower threshold ;
- an open-plan living area with large, threshold-free windows opening onto terrace connecting with nature;
- a private wooden terrace overlooking the garden, facing south, with easy access.
It is an intimate space, where design serves well-being and serenity.

Living/Dining/Kitchen Area “Le Vallon”: Warmth and conviviality
In the heart of the Refuge du Vallon, a warm and inviting atmosphere awaits, perfect for sharing meals, evenings, and mountain moments. The living area features:
- a comfortable 14cm sofa bed for two people, footrest, television, internet access, and Wifi;
- a fully equipped kitchen designed for home cooking (built-in fan oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, temperature-controlled kettle, quality tableware, west-facing window with roller shutter, raclette & fondue);
- a striking exotic wood table, a centerpiece that adds character and authenticity to this room with a window and a large south-facing bay window with a roller shutter opening onto the terrace.
The Refuge Room : Gentleness and Nature
In a calm, verdant setting, the Refuge room is perfect for recharging after a day in the mountains. It offers a peaceful haven dominated by shades of green. Designed for rest and comfort, it blends natural materials, soft lighting, and minimalist furnishings in a spacious layout. It comprises two single beds or one 160cm double bed, each with a mattress and topper, double all-season duvets, two pillows/cushions per person, a new wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a solid wood bedside table, two chairs, an exotic wood desk, lighting, and a large bay window with a roller shutter opening onto the terrace.
The Giffre Shower Room : Mineral Freshness
Inspired by the river that flows through the valley, the Le Giffre bathroom is a place where you can rediscover the serenity of mountain streams and the clarity of alpine rocks. Modern amenities, an accessible layout, and a soothing ambiance include : double sinks at two different heights, a large walk-in shower without a threshold, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, an east-facing window with a roller shutter, a small vanity unit, and a bamboo rug.
The 100m² private terrace : A natural haven all to yourself
Open to the outdoors, the private terrace offers a peaceful space to enjoy the scenery: breakfast overlooking the mountains, reading in the sun, or a summer dinner. A true extension of the accommodation, where nature becomes a living backdrop. Equipped with 1 table, 4 chairs & 2 deckchairs.
