We had a great time, a beautiful unit, Beds are very comfortable! I would suggest a K cup coffee maker as shown in the picture....:) But over all, I give it a 9 We will for sure book this unit again!! Only draw back, the den sofa's sink down so low!

Annual Family Vacation

The view was breathtaking, as if we could reach out and touch the water even though we were on the 10th floor.

Vacation 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I enjoyed my stay at Waters Edge Resort. I did have issues with the door lock not opening. The first time maintenance was dispatched and got the door open and said it was repaired. The following day I got locked out again and they replaced the lock. The master bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the unit, making it a little uncomfortable at night. Elevators were always busy and had to wait sometimes.

Look into another condo

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don’t let the photos fool you. Upon arrival we found the AC set to 75 degrees. The interior never got below 70 the entire week. We found fans in every room which I guess is the owners “fix” for the inadequate cooling system. The front primary bedroom that fronts the ocean is the hottest room in the unit. It was easily 5-7 degrees hotter than the condo which was never below 70. We spent the entire week sweating every night. The icemaker in the fridge is broken and the owners response to repair was to add a portable ice machine in the kitchen. This ice machine was so filthy and full of sand and dirt that we wouldn’t even use it for cooler ice. After looking at reviews going back to 2023 other complained of the icemaker being broken, black mold on the vents, the shower lacking a bar, the unit not cooling, moldy shower curtain, etc. none of these things have been fixed. We have stayed at Waters Edge several other times. The property itself is fine with the exception that there are TWO elevators for the entire complex. This unit; however is terrible. The sofas are filthy. White sofas that are dirty with what appears to be a blood stain on the arm of the sofa. The primary bedroom that is a sauna also has a very saggy mattress. The water pressure isn’t good. Sorry, but this unit is NOT worth the money. We were miserable all week. Look elsewhere.

Called and maintenance came and said they would have to "look into it". We're thinking this has been broken for a long time. Buy some ice. Balconies were wonderful. Nice to have 2. Main sitting room was large with big screen tv. These are sleeper sofas so not as comfortable as a regular sofa. Bedrooms are comfortable size. Bathrooms are a little small but still fine. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but we didn't cook a lot. Tastefully decorated throughout. I would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the same unit because we love that particular one. When we reserved this unit back in March of this year we did not receive any notification that the pool/hot tub and surrounding area was a complete mess and not usable. We didn't find out until we looked over the balcony. It was so disppointing!!! The unit seemed clean but the towels, that were wrapped in one of our bundles, were dirty. There were no trashcans nor trashbags in the bathrooms. There was also no instruction on how to use each TV. We continually got error messages on the main one in the den. Not everyone is familiar with Spectrum Cable. We all have streaming services.

The kitchen was very ill equiped. We had to buy a baking sheet to make biscuits (which we left), The pans were in terrible condition. Very little selection on mixing bowls. In general if you plan on cooking, this is not the place to stay,The condo was fairly clean. The was some kind of red sauce splattered on the wall beside the stove and above on the ceiling. The cabinets were dirty. The bedroom floors were dirty. In general, with covid, I expected more cleanliness. The beach was great. The pools were clean. Overall, I will stay elsewhere in the future,

One month at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Building a bit old. Indoor spa closed for repair during the whole stay. Indoor pool was not inviting... Condo was as per picture. 3 bedrooms. However short of dishes, pots and pans for a party of 4. A/C not strong enough for condo even when the outside tempreture was less than 75. Can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer time. Cleaning was ok and the mattress were perfect.
