Cocoonr Dinard offers this bright 75 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. On the second floor of a secure residence (with lift), Chamati is less than 10 minutes' walk from Saint-Enogat beach and 900m from Dinard's famous market. The flat comprises an attractive 20m² living room with a lounge and dining area, a fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

NB: Construction work is currently underway in the street around the residence (due to be completed in early July 2026). Noise pollution may occur during construction hours on weekdays.

- The accommodation is located in the residential area, 8 minutes walk from the beach and the lively area of Saint-Enogat.
- Chamati is less than 15 minutes' walk from the Écluse beach and 13 minutes from Dinard's fabulous market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, the Chamati flat has a private underground parking space.

Please note: access to the garage is reserved for shorter vehicles, as the entrance and exit to the underground garage form a very tight right angle. The garage doors are 1.80 m high. The garage is 2.30 m wide.

Free parking is available in neighbouring streets.

- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
