Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises
- A 21 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, a double sofa bed (2* 90x200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, induction hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A south-facing loggia to make the most of the fine weather, with outdoor furniture.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby (700m), as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Saint-Raphaël is known for its seaside activities (boats, beaches, walking, etc), its beachside restaurants and the town of Fréjus for its nightlife.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
