Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Bed linen and towels included.

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa and a single bed*.
- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190). Alcove separate from the living room, no door
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC

For added comfort, the accommodation has two fans: a conventional model and a water-cooling fan.

*The single bed is installed under a window. For safety reasons, this bed is not recommended for children, as the window is not yet equipped with a suitable protective device.
