We had a lovely stay at Alex and Teryn’s condo! The only thing I would change is having a small sofa in the kitchen/living room space opposed to 2 chairs. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

It was as beautiful place. it truly exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home.We really appreciated Alex checking in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. We would absolutely love to come back

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! with a hassle free self check in/out and a host that is always easy to contact. they have done an incredible job making the apartment feel so homely with a fully equipped kitchen stocking everything you could possibly need. Very warm and cozy bedroom with plenty of blankets in the winter but also has a fan for those hot summer days. Finally it is only a short walk from Canmore center and bus stops to Banff but has a big private balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains that never gets old which is a rare find. I 100% recommend and would feel so lucky to stay again.

Great location

Lovely little condo. Was perfect for our needs, very clean easily accessible, well located outside traffic areas and near both Banff and Kananaskis, but we were also amazed by Canmore itself with its beautiful trails and sights all around town. Plenty pf walkable locations.

We had the best time staying in Canmore! This lodging was so nice and perfect for two people. It was extremely accessible to town, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. We ended up walking just about everywhere. It is also a very quick drive into Banff.The hosts are extremely friendly and respond very quickly. I highly recommend this spot and we definitely plan on coming back to Canmore and staying in the specific lodging in the future.

Perfect spot

We had an amazing stay in Canmore! Hosts were kind and responsive, location is super easy to get downtown or super easy to avoid downtown to get straight on the highway to head to Banff. The neighborhood is amazing with tons of paths to explore nearby. Cozy and simple and perfect for the two of us!

Many dishes were not clean. The frige only had half the shelving. Only two washcloths and four towels provided for a week long stay. The only place to relax and watch tv was to lay in the bed. There is no place to sit and relax after a day visiting the parks except straight back chairs. The laundry is not in the apartment and when tried to do laundry money was inserted and the washer did not run and there was no way to get a refund. This review is in no way a reflection of our response to our host that is covering for the owner of the property. Alex was very prompt and accommodating and provided what was needed for the kitchen.

When you let us know about the dishes upon arrival, we immediately offered to have our cleaner return the following morning to address anything that may have been missed. While our cleaning team takes great pride in preparing the suite, we appreciate being given the opportunity to correct the occasional oversight. For the benefit of future guests, we'd also like to clarify a couple of points. The building offers a shared, coin-operated laundry room, not in-suite laundry. This is noted in both the amenities and the listing description of our listing. If guests ever experience any issues with the shared laundry facilities, we encourage them to reach out to us during their stay. We were not made aware that you were experiencing any difficulties with the washers or dryers, and had we known, we would have been happy to report the issue to the third-party company responsible for servicing and maintaining the machines. The refrigerator is equipped with adjustable shelving, allowing guests to customize the layout to suit their needs. The shelves are removable and may have been repositioned by a previous guest. Finally, the furnishings and layout shown in the listing photos accurately reflect the condo, including the seating provided in the living area. We were glad to have the opportunity to respond promptly to the concerns that were brought to our attention during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions, or experience an issue while they're with us, as it gives us the opportunity to address it as quickly as possible so they can continue enjoying their stay.
