We’ll be booking Sea Wolfe again for 2024!

Our 2nd year at Sea Wolfe. We love the house and location. My photographer husband was out for Sunrise and Sunset every morning and what’s not to love about beach walking and seashell collecting. Our only complaints were the inadequate necessary supplies (tp, dishwasher tablets, one kitchen towel)) for a house booked for 8 days and four adults. Additionally, the fifth stair going up to the top floor still has loose carpet, something I reported last year. An attempt to repair has been made but it’s coming loose again…a hazard that should be addressed. Still, we’ll be back in 2924.

I am completely ok with not have an updated atmosphere but cleanliness is a must. The countertops were disgusting in the kitchen, blood stains and an unidentifiable substance on the pillow shams. The showers had hair left I'm assuming from previous guest. As I said great layout and the view was phenomenal! Maybe need to hire new maid service.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the House says beach front but it’s a long walk on a board walk and then on the sand , plus steps up and down from the house and on the board walk. The best thing about the House is sitting on the porch looking at the beach. It had dirty cups , only 2 dishwasher cubes , no trash bags , one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Toilet paper per bathroom, no sheets for pull out sofa , only a few wine glasses. Only two towels per bedroom

Thing that were brought last year were still brought. ceiling fan in one bedroom was missing a blade. Light fixture were burnt out and not replaced. No furniture on upper deck. House needs a new coat of paint inside. Shame to let a nice house deteriate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home right on the water! The kitchen was stocked with essentials, but you need everything! Garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry and dish detergent, salt & pepper, spices. None of those things are provided or the very bare minimum: 1 toilet & paper towel rolls, 1 dish detergent. There are no books, cards, or games. It is just the house you are renting! But the beds are comfy, the AC works great, internet provided, & smart tvs in every room. I was thrilled along with my kids at this gorgeous house! Our only complaint was the public beach access right next door. People would come as early as 6am and park their stuff directly in front of our house. So, be prepared to get out there early and stake your claim of the beach. What was really aggravating is that many of them would pack up the chairs & canopies, but then throw it all against a sand dune in front of the house to leave it overnight (and right next to turtle nests)!!

Rooms are a good size and the beds slept great. Ac works wonderful .(a must) Great price for Beach front. We love the East End. We took our golf cart so you do have to cut through a houses driveway or sneak down about 10 yard down the bike path 😬 the upstairs bedroom is massive.. so many pros... I only a few cons and they are not bad but we spoiled 😝😝 no salt and pepper , no small storage containers for food no kitchen sink or stove hood light . 1 roll of paper for your stay . But a trip to DG and problem solved.. The walk to the beach was easy and Sandspur free ... and we left our beach supplies in a nook and the end of the boardwalk so we didn’t have to tote everyday .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First stay at Sea Wolfe and was great.

Only problem we had was light thru small upstairs windows without blinds or curtains and we had a 6 month old naping. We placed pillows with shams in windows to block light and that did help. Very HOT week was our only c/o. We would stay at Seawolfe again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, very average house. Clean but carpet smelled. In need of upgrades. Bathtub shower in the master with very low water pressure....had to use the outdoor shower, fortunately it had hot water. Called Suncoast office on Monday morning to report that we had six lightbulbs out, no dishwasher soap and that the Wi-Fi password did not work. Nothing was done. Den area is small for more than four guests. No furniture for upper deck. Not thrilled with this rental especially after booking in August 2022 and we were given a $450 price increase January 1, 2023(yes it states in the small print that price increases are possible without notice, but who reads that) Who does that?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View of the ocean is spectacular. Having the option of covered porch and open top porch as well as a small screened area was a nice perk. The online photos do not do this place justice. The two queen bedrooms were not shown when I reserved the house and I was a bit concerned as to why but was pleasantly surprised. All bedrooms were very nice. Two downstairs queen bedrooms with ocean views and one of the queens had small bathroom. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful-amazing view and very spacious. Only two issues we had was fire alarms going off one night at 3 am-staff were very kind and responsive to our concern. Secondly the WIFI did not work the entire stay-were told it was an issue on the whole island (I have never had that issue other years in different homes and I didn’t validate the island wide outage so I can’t speak to whether it is a common problem for this home-you may want to find out if you need WIFI for work-we did not so was just an inconvenience). Overall I give this home a very good rating-can’t beat the views!

Sea Wolfe vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all it was great to be at SGI for 3 weeks in February! We had a few issues with the sheets being scratchy, but they were replaced quickly. The internet went out for 5 days but it was the company internet that had the problem. We had a leaky toilet in one of the master bathrooms, but repair was done as fast as possible. All in all the house needs a little updating but it was a very relaxing and charming house.

Our dream home!

We loved this house at first sight. More than large enough for the four adults in our party. Sliding glass doors on all level provided sweeping gulf views and beach is in easy walking distance. One very small quibble…it would be appreciated, and easily covered by the rental cost, if a small bottle of cheap dishwashing liquid and a small package of dishwasher tabs were included. Not a deal breaker but…

Good location but dated property

Home needs to be updated and new furnishings needed badly. Doors were swollen and sticking, doors on cabinets in kitchen were broken and need replacement. Carpet on stairs is loose and a trip hazard. Roach issues as well. Great beach location but can use some TLC.
