Blue Gum Estate befindet sich auf einem 5-Millionen-Dollar-Anwesen. Diese Suite in der Pension bietet Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt und eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, die von alten Eichen umgeben ist.

Sie werden die Ruhe des Landes genießen, aber nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt Saratoga und der Stadt Los Gatos entfernt. Eine wahre Freude zu bleiben und eine Erfahrung, die Sie nicht missen möchten!

Die Suite verfügt über ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Queensize- und einem Doppelbett. Das Schlafzimmer überblickt die Lichter der Stadt.

Unsere Preise bleiben auch in der Hauptsaison gleich. Wie Sie feststellen werden, ist es die niedrigste Preiseinheit in der Region und unser Gast sagt, dass es ein großer Knall für Ihr Geld ist. Great value for this stay in Saratoga. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs for a stay over Thanksgiving and were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for light meals and there was enough space we didn’t feel on top of each other.

Great location and perfect for a couple and our pooch. No frills but has your necessities and they let us use their charger for our car. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror. I was going to a wedding it would have been nice to see the whole picture. Other than that, it’s a nice space.

Very nice, Karen met us right away upon our arrival. The place was clean and everything worked. It was very quiet - we noticed the owners driving slooowly by our rental to avoid disturbing us. It is in a very peaceful and wooded neighborhood, and we felt safe not locking the doors. We totally would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet

This was the perfect place for our 3 day getaway. The apartment was just as pictured and spotless. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful and close to nature paths and some great hiking and terrific restaurants. The hosts were friendly and personable and unobtrusive and were there if needed. We would gladly stay there again.

Comfortable room. A short drive to all the places and people we came to see. Since our dog is house broken and well behaved, we were allowed to leave her unattended a couple of times.

Excellent Guest Suite!

This guest suite was a fantastic place to stay! It is very light and feels spacious and clean. Beautiful, peaceful, safe neighborhood. Air conditioning works well which is very important in the summer as the unit is upstairs. Having the full kitchen was great and Humphrey the property manager is the best! Highly recommend staying here!

Nice getaway

I was attending a wedding in Saratoga Springs and it was the perfect location. The host was very responsive and the setting was wonderful. It was a beautiful location in the mountains. The only negative was there was a line of ants on the property near one of the beds that we had to avoid. They were not a major issue though.

We love Blue Gum!

This was our second stay and we have booked our third stay. We and our dogs love the place! Feels like home away from home. The people on site (owner and others) are such lovely and fun people. That said, we have all the privacy we want, both inside and outside. Coffee on the patio is wonderful; quiet and lots of wildlife flitting about. Fits us perfect. Finally, we have extended our stay more than once and making those changes are so easy with Humphrey! Thank you.

We were sent a rental agreement for half the price posted and charged. Sofa broke our backs. Steep area for dog difficult to access. People were walking past our area for no reason. Not really well equipped kitchen. The stairs were 10 inches steep! Nice neighborhood but the promised street parking was taken by abandoned vehicles. Too pricey for the place.

I read other reviews prior to actually arriving at this property. One described a "stair case" that was "steep" and without a "guard rail", a necessary evil to enter the accommodations situated over a garage. As I read the review, I developed a visage of a loft atop a garage with a steep flight of floating stairs, dangerously and picariously leading to a narrow door at the top, no hand rail along the way, the top barely leaving enough room for a mobile person to negotiate entry without falling, much less a disabled person to do so without risking peril. I envisioned a wheelchair tumbling off the steps only to unceremoniously discharge it's occupant onto a concrete driveway below, bloodied and battered... if not for the galant and diligent intervention of his dedicated care giver. Whew! Did they ever dodge a bullet!? SAID NOBODY EVER. Here is the actual scenario. The garage is built into a hillside. If you climb what amounts to a step-like retaining wall you will find yourself at the entry at the upper level at the back of the top of the garage. A small wall to the left of the "stairs" keeps you on course. I call them more terrain management assistance. Anyway, if you are schlepping somebody who can't do anything for themselves, don't go here. Seriously, read the description and look under, "Accessible". If it makes no claims. Don't book! Enter and find yourself looking into the main room with the kitchen to the left and the bathroom wall to your right. This place has a confusing combination of old and new. The "intercom" on the wall to the right is reminiscent of a 1975 home in Temecula. Same is true of the bizarre 12" rusted tub spout and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The kitchen boasts a granite countertop and full size refrigerator WITH a working ice maker! You'll find about 500 coffee filters and some decaf (really?) ersatz coffee but nothing ground or instant with caffeine... Anywhere. Unless you bring your own you'll spend your first morning schlepping to the Freeway interchange to score decent coffee. Here we have a paucity of places to raise your feet or to place a drink. At the couch you'll find a glass coffee table. I didn't dare put my feet up there for fear of breaking it. There was a small stool thingy nearby I commandeered for myself but my H was SOL. No surface next to the bed to keep a drink level either. It could be 5 stars with just a tad more thought. But I'd book again... Forearmed.

Pros:The property is located in a desirable neighborhood close to downtown Los Gatos, a beautiful and upscale neighborhood just off the highway 9. The host(s) were friendly and allowed early check-in.The property allows dog(s), and I was able to bring my 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that are well-behaved and trained. Karen enjoyed meeting my dogs.CONS:The photos are a fake story. In Reality, the grounds are not well kept & property overall needs updating. It is easy to slide down the stairs to enter the property because there is a lot of brush debris. Not kid, elderly or disabled friendly property.It smells of must, possibly a black mold smell. The smell is strong and hits your senses immediately upon opening the door. I opened the windows to air the place out, but it returns fiercely when the windows are shut. I would NOT recommend this place if you have allergies to dust, mold or pollen. It is NOT a clean place to stay. It's extremely dusty, ant and bug traps all around the interior of unit. Dirty windows and window sills. I was informed by Host Humphrey that I will receive a cleaning refund. He NEVER refunded. Bad Business! The tub was filthy like it had not been cleaned in months. The toilet had personal body hair on the edge of the toilet rim. I didn't sit down on the toilet and wore slippers around the house. I had to WASH THE TUB AND TOILET MYSELF. I wore slippers in the shower because it was too gross to put my feet in the tub.

Nice sheets, good view, clean, soft mattress but comfortable.Cons: Hard to find Blue Gum Ave, place is tired with bedspreads over the furniture, No lights on the stairs leading to the front door, Base of toilet leaks onto the floor, vent in the bathroom is beyond filthy, handles on the bathroom sink are hard to move.

入住真实情况

1、房间里到外是蚂蚁，床上也有蚂蚁。2、道路陡峭，急转弯，开车到达不安全。3、空调制冷效果差。4、需要步行走楼梯，不方便行李箱移动。5、门锁简易，老旧，松动，不能锁定，我每次出门都要随身携带贵重物品。6、房东说差评会坐牢。总体感觉不舒服，房价偏贵，合同强制，不允许提前退房。
