Overall house was perfect location with great access to the beach as described. We were two families in the house with 7 kids and the rooms were well distributed to accommodate our families.

Exactly as described. Beautiful and well stocked property. Has beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, great kitchen and views. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the close location to the beach and the pool out back. 10-15min walk to most restaurants. Great communication with host and easy check in/out. Five stars!

The location and accommodation were excellent. Would have been nice if there were games available since the weather while we were there was colder than expected and we spent more time indoors. We had to run to Walmart for Uno and a couple other games. Instructions on the master shower could have been clearer as to how to adjust knobs for each shower head. Loved that the beach, tennis courts, shopping, and restaurants were all in walking distance. We did not use the pool since we only had one warm day and spent it at the beach.

Great family vacation!

Nice location, easy to get to beach and to Rosemary. Enjoyed the views and the overall layout of the home despite being 3 stories high. The pool was a very nice addition, too for the kids and grandparents. We would stay there again!

Good Location

We enjoyed the close proximity to the private beach. The home was nice and clean. We were very disappointed that the description did not tell us that the pool was unheated. We probably would have selected a different property had we known.

Working out the kinks

Churchill Dunes is nestled perfectly between a neighborhood pool and beach access, with easy access to Rosemary, 30A, and Highway 98. We could not have asked for a better location and it is a beautiful home - from afar. The listing claimed two king bedrooms when we booked, but there was actually only one. That caused some commotion as someone inevitably was disappointed. I requested all listings on all platforms be amended. We were some of the first guests since this ownership team took over, and it's clear there were some kinks to work out. There was mold covering the interior dishwasher to the point that we didn't trust the cleanliness of the dishes. The primary shower drain was clogged. When a repairman came in on Day 3, he assured us that someone would return the next day and suggested we hand wash all of our dishes for our health and safety. No one ever returned. We bought a poster board to cover the downstairs bathroom window so neighbors couldn't see in. There was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as included. The stairway light switch didn't work. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms, making it difficult for many folks to get ready at the same time. I think there was one towel hook in the house. Three of the four patio/balcony areas had no furniture. We laughed about the circumstances and enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool. Hopefully, the next folks will benefit from our comedy of errors.

Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are truly sorry for all of the issues you experienced. We would like you to know that the listing has been updated to accurately reflect the sleeping arrangements. Patio furniture has been ordered as well as a part for the dishwasher which is why we could not fix it while you were there. We appreciate your ability to laugh at the situation and not let it ruin your vacation. We're glad you enjoyed being close to the beach and the pool. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.
