Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent the 83 m² Villa Orion in Dolus-d'Oléron, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a 340 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot with mattress, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

Outside:
- A 25 m² south-facing wooden terrace with furniture and bioclimatic pergola to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 340 m² enclosed south-facing garden.

The house is ideally located in Dolus-d'Oléron, in very pleasant surroundings with cycle paths nearby. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
- Discover La Baudissière: an old oyster-farming port with craftsmen's huts, around 8km away
- Tasting of local products (Marennes-Oléron oysters)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 spaces).

- Free shuttle bus service to all the island's beaches during the summer season

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and may be hired at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through a local service provider). Prices given are indicative and subject to change.
- The garage can only be used to park bicycles, pushchairs and beach equipment.
- The house is ideal for 6 adults and two children.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
