With its 23 m² perfectly arranged on the 1st floor, this accommodation offers all the comfort needed to feel at home from arrival. Whether it's to rest after a day of exploration or simply enjoy the peace and quiet, everything is there for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.



The studio has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), ideal for preparing nice meals. On the living side, you will find a dining table, a television and a comfortable double bed (160x200) for restful nights. The bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax.



The little extra? A furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or making the most of those lovely summer evenings, with a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the surrounding nature.



For your comfort: air conditioning, practical equipment (vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, clothes steamer, etc.), board games and private covered outdoor parking (subject to availability). You will also be able to enjoy the residence's swimming pool to cool off on hot days.



Regarding location, everything is within reach: shops and restaurants just 200 metres away, and Grasse's historic centre accessible in just a few minutes on foot. And for a seaside getaway, the beaches of the Côte d'Azur are only about thirty minutes' drive away.
