Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback with us. It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed the pool, the beautiful waterway views, and that your stay created wonderful memories. We also sincerely appreciate you pointing out the pool tile area — we will make sure our pool maintenance team gives it extra attention. We are very sorry to hear that the sofa bed mattress and support were not comfortable. This is the first time we’ve received feedback about this, and we regret that it affected your comfort during your stay. We will have a handyman inspect it right away to ensure everything is properly supported and comfortable for future guests. We also wanted to clarify that the additional guest fee helps cover the extra preparation and care required, such as compensating our cleaner for setting up the sofa bed and providing fresh linens, sheets, and towels. Thank you again for staying with us and sharing your feedback. It is greatly appreciated and helps us continue improving the guest experience.
