## Logement
This beautiful studio apartment in Combloux is ideal for mountain lovers seeking a peaceful stay in a quiet residence.

Recently and tastefully renovated, the apartment blends modern design with touches of wood for a truly Alpine atmosphere.

You'll appreciate the optimized space, offering ample storage and, above all, a beautiful mountain view as soon as you wake up.

The living area is cleverly designed to accommodate your nights: the living room features two separate mezzanines, accessible by stairs, each with a 140x190cm double bed.
This is the perfect layout to maximize space while maintaining visual separation.

Linens and towels are provided for an additional fee.

As for amenities, everything is designed for your comfort: you'll have a functional bathroom, a hairdryer, and a washing machine—a real plus for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your breakfasts. A fan is also available.

Please note that the apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

For your relaxation, a television is provided (reception is only available via antenna, so it may be unreliable in bad weather). Finally, pets are not allowed.

After a day on the slopes or hiking, you can enjoy a pleasant balcony, a dedicated ski room for your equipment, and a barbecue for sunny days.

Parking is convenient thanks to the private parking within the residence, including a private underground garage (space number 19) for your secure parking.

The location is a major advantage: hiking trails start directly from the apartment.

The studio's location allows you to easily explore three iconic resorts: Combloux, Megève, and Saint-Gervais. You'll find a multitude of activities in every season, from skiing and summer tobogganing to mountain biking and hiking.
Numerous restaurants and diverse shops enliven the three resorts, catering to all tastes. For even more variety, Chamonix is ​​just a 25-minute drive away, offering cultural and sporting events throughout the year.

## Transports
The accommodation is primarily accessible by car, with the train stations of Megève (3 min), Combloux (5 min), and Saint-Gervais (5 min) in the immediate vicinity.

For travelers arriving by train, the Sallanches-Combloux-Megève train station is approximately a 15-minute drive away, offering TER and TGV connections (seasonal).

Geneva Airport is about an hour's drive from the apartment.
