ROSE Vacances offers you this apartment on the 7th floor in a secure residence with a lift, offering breathtaking views over Sables-d'Olonne bay, and located at the foot of the beach and the shops in the Presidents district.



Accommodation that can accommodate up to 4 people.



Ideally located, everything is within walking distance: beaches, Lake Tanchet, supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or if deep cleaning is necessary, a surcharge will be applied.



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker
