It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Everything has been thought of to ensure that you arrive with a light spirit: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included, welcome products (shower gel, soap, shampoo), coffee and tea available.

The layout is as follows:

On the ground floor, you will find :
- A large entrance hall with its own wardrobe and private laundry room

On the first floor, the heart of the home, you will find :
- The spacious 30 m² living room with its lounge area (TV, sofa), dining area (table for 6) and open-plan kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, wine cellar, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160x200), made-to-measure wardrobes and a private shower room.
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be made into a double, bespoke wardrobes and a private shower room.
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the Refuge has additional equipment and facilities: high chair, cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, air conditioning, connected TV, etc.

The house is ideally located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in a very pleasant setting. All amenities are close at hand, including restaurants, a bakery, a chemist and a market.
