## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home. Please note that the accommodation is located on the first floor.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property has 2 parking spaces in the courtyard, one of which has an electric charging station.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops just down the street. Plus, you’re only a 5-minute walk from downtown.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the terms and conditions, and upload a copy of your ID.
