A newly installed heated pool, elegant patio, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen create a private resort-style setting—perfect for sophisticated outdoor entertaining or relaxed summer afternoons with family and friends.

** The pool can be heated during the swimming season; however, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater operates while the pool filtration system is running, and cooler air temperatures (particularly overnight in the spring and fall) can affect how quickly the pool warms and how well it maintains temperature throughout the day.
Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners. ** (the pool is open from late May through the end of September).

Linens have been added to your reservation and include comforters, pillows, sheets, 1 bath towel per guest along with making the beds. We do not offer Beach/Pool towels.
