Our Cozy Cape Cod home is tucked away in the woods, within walking distance to Bakers Pond in Orleans, MA and boarders Nickerson State Park. We are 4.5 miles from Nauset Beach and 2 miles from Skaket Beach. Level II EV charger on the property for guest use.

Our home features a large patio with outdoor shower, fire pit and grill and shares a spacious, well landscaped yard with the cottage in the backyard (separate rental unit called Joy Cottage). Whole compound / both units available to rent- please send inquiry. Please note that the basement is locked to store owner's personal items.

The kitchen has an electric stove with above microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with dual craft ice capacity. Oversized dining room, breakfast bar, Keurig, and huge bright windows make this space accommodating for large families.
One full size bedroom and one full bathroom (separated) is located on the main floor separated by the TV room with 70" flat screen and oversized sectional sofa. A large sitting area and fireplace sits beside the kitchen. A staircase takes you upstairs to three other bedrooms: king bedroom, full size bedroom, and a bedroom w/twin bed with trundle. A queen sleep sofa is also upstairs in the open air landing with tv and oversized leather chair. Central AC upstairs and multiple wall mounted AC units downstairs, private laundry, fire pit, and WiFi included.

We offer contact-free, keyless entry for each guest (all of the doors are electronic keypads). Perfect for larger groups and families. Security Cameras: Please note there are video security cameras on the ground level exterior of the home to monitor access to our property during non-rental periods as well as to ensure no unauthorized guests, animals, vehicles, etc. are on the property at any time. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the cancellation of the guests stay.
