The Lanas house

Nestled between vineyards and the Ardèche gorges, this authentic stone house welcomes you to a peaceful setting.

In the village of Lanas, come and enjoy—and swim in—the Ardèche River, just a 2-minute walk from the house. In addition to the many activities the region has to offer, you can relax on the secluded terrace overlooking the garden, with views of the village and surrounding garrigue.

The spacious (200m2) and inviting rooms are ideal for a stay with friends or the whole family—the perfect place to gather your tribe! The house, which stays cool in summer thanks to its stone walls, comprises:

- 3 bedrooms, including a master suite (2 double beds and 1 queen bed)
- an attic space and TV area with a double sofa bed (plus a single bed)
- 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet
- a large, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining room
- a very cozy living room with a fireplace
- 3 toilets in total
- a large, shaded 45 m² terrace and a large 900 m² garden with olive trees.

Guest Access
The building has three levels. A beautiful, wide stone staircase leads to the first floor, where the living areas are located: terrace, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Two bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet are on the second floor. Finally, on the third floor you will find a small living room, as well as the third bedroom (with a splendid view of the village) and a bathroom/toilet.

Notes
- It is possible to rent a studio apartment on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, but also with direct access to the house: 1 double bed (140 cm) with a bathroom and toilet. Additional charge: €200 per week (in addition to the €1600/week for the house).

- The charm of this house also comes from its stairs, which make it difficult for elderly people to access. The garden terrace and access to the third floor require close adult supervision of young children.

- All bed linens are provided. Please bring your own bath towels.
