The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The Pentrez beach, around 3 km long, is less crowded than those of the larger seaside resorts, offering an ideal setting in which to relax.
- Windsurfing, kitesurfing, dip-net fishing...
- Hiking: the GR34 runs along the coast to superb coves such as Cameros, passing by spots with breathtaking sunsets.
- Summer market on Monday mornings by the sea (April to September) with local produce, fruit, vegetables, fish and crafts.
- Free Breton concerts and dances on Thursday evenings on the Pentrez promenade.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the residence's own private and named parking space, which is located close to the flat.
