The accommodation is located on the lower floor of a house with 2 apartments.
You will access it by a private staircase:

You will enter directly into the large open LIVING ROOM with:
- A sofa and television.
- A dining table for 4/6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, mini-oven, mini-dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, extractor, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, cookeo...

An OFFICE space separates the living room from the 1st bedroom.

- a MASTER BEDROOM with a Queen-size bed 160x200cm, a cupboard/wardrobe, a television
- a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink unit, a bathtub and a washing machine
- separate toilets

- a 2nd BEDROOM with a double bed 140x190cm and a television
- a shower room with Italian shower and vanity unit

Outside, you can enjoy
- two west-facing terraces with outdoor dining area, gas plancha and sun loungers
- the garden (not fenced from the other properties in the housing estate and the embankment)

Please note that, for your comfort:
-Bed linen and towels are provided and set up
-Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
-The house has an internet connection with Internet Fiber
-The property has free and secure parking for 1 to 2 vehicles

Important note:
- As the key collection is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.


##Neighborhood

Also called "the poet's hill", Tresserve is a charming little village overlooking the Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. You will be able to enjoy:

-1 bakery, 1 Vival grocery store open 7/7 and 1 pharmacy - 2 minutes by car - 15 minutes walk

-the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, water skiing, rowing, paddleboarding, cruising...) – 2 minutes by car – 15 minutes on foot (a little more on the way back because the difference in altitude is quite steep)

-the city of Aix-les-Bains, Riviera of the Alps, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (Club 1895) open all year round – 5 minutes from the city center by car.

- the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.

-the "Venice of the Alps", Annecy, with its charming old town and natural lake - 35 minutes by car

-the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.

Tresserve is located at:
- 1 hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network.
- 5 minutes from Aix-Les-Bains station where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
