*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*PETS are NOT allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with the code.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided (there is $20 for each missing/broken tag)

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The condo is located at Magnolia North , 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach,5 min. from the beach,15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*PETS are NOT allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
