The Tack House Features a beautiful 1 Bedroom upstairs apartment. Sleeps 2-4 people with a newly remodeled bathroom. Enter the Apartment through a private interior staircase up to an open floor plan. Kitchen, Dining & Living Room areas are spacious.



The Space:

This 1 bedroom upper unit has a completely separate entrance (with a regular flight of stairs), from the two bed unit downstairs. The main living area, kitchen, dining and live room is very spacious. It has a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen size bed. It is very private, quiet and fully soundproofed.



The entire property compound has 3 other units - a 2 bed/2 bath Main level unit below this 1 bedroom unit, a stand-alone 5 bed/4 bath house which was fully renovated in 2022 and a stand-alone 2 bed/2 bath Carriage House. All 3 buildings (4 different units)combined, can accommodate 30 people (maximum-24 in beds and 6 on sleeper sofas). Guest Access:

The parking lot is large but shared area with 2 other two bedroom units. Please inquire with owner for additional parking if you have more than 2 cars.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the Town of Skaneateles and one mile from the Village Center where all the restaurants , shops and lake are located.



Getting Around:

If you're looking for a rental property close to the village, this is one of the few remaining options where short-term rentals (under 30 days) are allowed. While the Village itself doesn’t permit them, this property is just a short walk away, offering both proximity and flexibility (approx- 15 minute walk -95% of this walk is on the sidewalk)

***We provide most paper products and most soap products (list will be provided). We do NOT provide body soap, shampoo or conditioner.





Primary guest must be 25 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, receptions, brunches, etc, .



Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
